Privacy Statement
This text explains what information this portal keeps about you, why, and for how long.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, user group (faculty, student, staff) and department. Passwords are stored only in hashed form and cannot be read by us.
- Activity data: course registrations, studio booking requests, exam attempts and scores, and issued certificates.
- Technical data: IP address and time of requests for rate limiting and security, and a session cookie to keep you signed in.
- Q&A forum: the questions and replies you write are shown publicly together with your name and user group.
- Help assistant (chatbot): questions that get no answer are stored without your name or identity, only to improve the knowledge base. Please do not enter personal data.
- Newsletter: the email you enter to subscribe.
2. How we use it
- To run the portal: sign-in, event registration, studio booking, exams and certificates.
- To send service emails such as booking confirmations and password resets. Newsletter emails are used only for portal news.
- Aggregated statistics to improve training, without identifying individuals.
3. Sharing
- Your data is not sold or given to third parties for advertising.
- Authorised portal administrators can see the data they need for their duties (for example reviewing bookings).
- A certificate and the public verification page show only the name, exam title, issue date and code; email, phone and score are not shown.
- Disclosure may be required by law or by a competent authority.
4. Retention and security
- Data is kept while your account is active and as long as needed for training records. You may request deletion of your account.
- The connection is encrypted (HTTPS) and periodic backups are kept in a protected location.
- No external analytics or advertising system is used and fonts are served from this site.
5. Cookies
- Only essential cookies (sign-in session, language and form security token) are used. The session ends when you sign out or close the browser.
6. Your rights
- You can view and correct your profile in “Settings”.
- To delete your account, correct data you cannot change yourself or unsubscribe from the newsletter, write to the contact email below.
7. AI content and patient data
- Do not enter identifiable or clinical patient information anywhere on this portal (booking titles, descriptions, emails, etc.).
8. Changes to this text
- Any change will be published on this page with a new update date.
