Terms of Use
Using this portal means you accept the following.
1. Scope and users
- The portal provides training announcements, studio booking, exams and certificates for faculty, students and staff. Public content is open; other services need an account.
- Registration data must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
- Use of the portal must comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and university regulations.
- Attempts to break in, disrupt, spam, scrape data or use others’ accounts are prohibited.
- Violators may have access restricted or accounts suspended without notice.
3. Studio booking
- A request is not a confirmed booking; it becomes valid after approval by the studio manager and may be declined or moved due to conflicts or technical reasons.
- Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.
- Recorded content must respect professional ethics and university rules and must not contain identifiable patient information without consent and legal authorisation.
4. Exams and certificates
- Take exams on your own and follow each exam’s instructions. Cheating or misuse may lead to the result and certificate being cancelled.
- A certificate is issued from an exam result on this portal and can be verified by its code. It is revoked in case of error or misconduct.
- Recognition of a portal certificate by official bodies (for example continuing-education credit) is up to those bodies.
5. Content and intellectual property
- Texts, logo, images and training material belong to the university or their owners and may not be republished without attribution and permission.
- Content you submit must be yours to share, and you allow the portal to display it for the relevant purpose.
6. AI and educational content
- Material on this portal is educational and informational and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- AI tool output may be wrong and must be reviewed by an expert before use.
7. Limitation of liability
- The portal is provided “as is”. Despite efforts to stay available it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical faults, and the university is not liable for damages from outages or errors except as required by law.
8. Changes and jurisdiction
- These terms may be updated and continued use means acceptance of the new version.
- Disputes are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its competent authorities.
